This system is supposed to detect whether or not the product has fallen down into the retrieval area. If the product is stuck, the delivery coil is advanced again. However, the Golden Eye system is apparently not active at the moment, so the sticker is a big lie. If you have offended the machine in any way, no dice. You may as well accept your fate as you plod to the local 7-11. One machine I frequent will account for a stuck product and ask you to change selections. Contemplate this at your own risk. I simply accept this as favor from the machine.
