I didn’t write anything Monday or Tuesday, because I am a big, fat slacker.
Tonight: more coffee shop writing. That word count will go up, it’s just a matter of how much.

You and I could open a store, we could call it Slackers ‘R Us. However, considering the slackers that we are, we would never be able to get it up and running.
Yep. I wrote about 700 words last night at the coffee shop. I need to wrap up the current scene, which will lead directly into a flashback that explains how my protagonist managed to get himself thrown out of a plane.
It should be an interesting scene to write, since I don’t know why he was on the plane in the first place.
Was he on the plane to fly to where ever he was going to bury a time capsule? Or how about going to a family reunion? Or maybe he is just the type of guy to go for a plane ride? Sometimes when he gets antsy he just needs to hop on a plane, destination unknown, and just fly…..good thing that I am not the writer….

Based on my experience with airplanes (maybe Vibeguy can back me up on this), he was flying somewhere?
Like, duh.
This writing thingy is fun, if I can be of any more help – ask.

Oh, a wise guy, eh?

Just tryin to help. Wouldn’t want any confusion on the role of aircraft as a mode of transportation for the masses.
OTOH, yup.
