blob asserted:

That list is broken. There’s no way that Ferris Bueller’s Day Off isn’t in the top 10, let alone the top 100. Furthermore, Ghostbusters is about 20 places lower than it ought to be.

I don’t think I’ll ever get over Macho Grande.

I agree, with respect to Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Not so much with Ghostbusters. It's a funny movie, to be sure, but where it sits in the Top 100 doesn't bother me much.

The Macho Grande bit is from Airplane II: The Sequel, by the way. Though Jim Abrahams and the Zucker brothers weren't involved with (and allegedly claim never to have seen) that one, it's still got some pretty damn funny moments.

"Striker, you get that ship down... and down safe..."

OMG, I really should rent that on the way home! Probably won't, but will soon.

I cannot remember the last time I saw Airplane! , and it is the kind of movie MFC would appreciate.

One of my bosses and I do the "We have clearance Clarence...." bit a lot. Sadly, some of my co-workers have no idea what we are talking about. I am thinking that this would make a good birthday gift for this sissypooh....(hint, hint)
