So much for amateur diagnosis. Kyle is definitely a gassy lad, which sometimes causes discomfort, but we’re pretty sure he’s not colicky. More than likely, he is a “lazy nurser.” Though he nurses for 30-40 minutes at a time, he’s simply not getting enough to satisfy him. This led to a lot of crying and a lack of pooping. We’ve taken steps to correct this, which has resulted in a reduction in crying and an increase in poop. Stinky, stinky poop.

Mostly bottle-feeding him breast milk so we can keep track of how much he’s getting. We’d like him to be eating between 4 and 5 ounces every 3 – 4 hours.

Sometimes I am glad that I don’t have kids. This is one of those times. I don’t have to deal with anyone’s stinky poo but my own…Go me!

I would have to agree with that one. I would hate to think of what the world would be like if you and KJWon still had to deal with my stinky stinky poo…… Ish!
