NaNoWriMo, Day 03: The Man Who Never Was

Bannister Proulx has never quite fit in, and it’s led to him being branded anti-social. He’s recently had a very rude awakening, quite literally, and now he finds that no only doesn’t he fit in… he doesn’t exist.

Day Three isn’t quite over yet, but I’m still behind by about 2,200 words. Laura, on the other hand, hit today’s goal (5,001) last night. I’d replace my progress bar with a Word War (displaying both our word counts), but I’m not sure I could deal with the crushing humiliation.

In addition to being National Novel Writing Month, November is also NaBloPoMo: National Blog Posting Month. I’m a little late to be an official participant, but I’m going to give it a shot, anyway. These daily NaNoWriMo updates should make it a breeze.

Humiliation on all fronts. Before NaNo started Mur said she wasn’t sure if she was going to be able to participate at all. Now look at her.
