I looked at your website HTML source. The problem with your slightbox is that’s mootools js is conflicting with prototype&scriptaculous js.

That’s for the tip Taras. The problem was action the King Framework plugin that, due to a couple of typos in one of the PHP files, prevents you from dragging and dropping sidebar widgets in the admin screen after upgrading to WordPress 2.1.

I was trying to track down the widget problem and installed WP-Scriptaculous, which fixed sidebar widgets but broke Slightbox. After uninstalling WP-Scriptaculous I was able to track down and fix the King Framework bug and everything now seems to be working!
