I'm more than a little upset with the Marvel writer-crowd. Even the venerable Chris Claremont has tweaked my mood of late...

Nocturne is a character from a potential future where Nightcrawler and the Scarlet Witch are married with children(tm). She blue, got the Wagner tail, and has psychic powas in abundance.

In the last issue of Excalibur, Claremont gave her a stroke.

Not during a super-battle to save the multiverse.

Not while fighting evil the likes of which the world couldn't survive.

He gave her a stroke while she was enjoying a little time off and listening to her iPod.

Paralysed, and suffering from aphagia and memory issues, this really interesting character is now out of the game (so to speak).

I shake my fist at you, Marvel writers!!!

*Gerall shakes his fist!*
Holy crow, Marvel writers, what's with all the "going out with a whimper" crap? Jeez!
You guys did a great job, KJ.
Thanks, P.G. We always have a lot of fun with the show, but we do sometimes get a little nervous that our idea of an interesting topic might not appeal to our audience.
