Actually, no need to gloat. You know me, it doesn't matter to ME if you wrote 50,000 words this month. What matters to me is whether the 8,787 words you did write were any good and whether the story was interesting enough to you to want to finish it. Starting is the easy part. Continuing and finishing are the really hard part. Keep working at it, you'll get there. The feeling you have when you finish writing a book is really an enjoyable one.
